Last month I had the opportunity to speak at the Merz Elevation Academy, but what made the experience even more meaningful was the preparation behind the scenes.

Merz selected a small group of physicians to participate in a virtual Presentation Skills Program led by Moxie Institute, a team known for their tailored professional speaker training. The program included group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and dedicated sessions on Investigator-Initiated Trials.

I was honored to be one of six physicians chosen for the program — and the only female physician in the group.

At Elevation Academy, four of us from the program had the opportunity to take the stage and lecture.

Grateful to Susie Albion, Adrienne Ferraz, Nathaniel Culp, Danica Vihtelic, and the entire Merz Aesthetics team for believing in us and investing in the next generation of KOLs 🙏🏼🤍

Last month I had the opportunity to speak at the Merz Elevation Academy in Napa 🍇🎤✨

If you know me, you know Neocutis has been my ride-or-die skincare line for over a decade, so getting to take the stage and share why I’m endlessly obsessed felt very full-circle.

My dear friend and I spoke about skincare in the digital age—and why evidence-backed formulations, powered by growth factors and proprietary peptides, continue to reign supreme.

One thing I emphasized during the talk: growth factor–based skincare can help support collagen production and overall skin quality when incorporated consistently into a regimen.

I could talk about (and the entire Merz Aesthetics portfolio) until the cows come home. Grateful to for the invitation to speak and for bringing together incredible colleagues from across the country🧬🩵

They say “if you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere.”

In 2019, I accepted a coveted position at a prestigious Manhattan cosmetic dermatology practice just after residency. At the time, and I were long-distance, and I was eager to build both my career and our life together.

I moved to NYC in July 2020—4 months into the pandemic—and began my dream job, meeting incredible patients behind a face mask for nearly 3 years. (The day y’all finally saw my smile was unforgettable!)

After invaluable years at Sadick Dermatology, I had the honor of working with the legendary Dr. Patricia Wexler , and now the privilege of working alongside the esteemed Dr. Paul Jarrod Frank .

Fast forward: a marriage, two children, and countless lessons later, I’m returning home to Dallas for personal reasons. Family is everything, and home is where the heart is. 🤍

To my patients: thank you for your trust, loyalty, and friendship. You’ve given me the gift of your care, and I’m committed to KEEPING it—with passion, precision, and presence. I’ll continue treating you at the exceptional PFRANKMD, which will remain my Manhattan home indefinitely.

I’m not saying goodbye…I may just say howdy next time I see you🤠

Love brought me to New York, and love is bringing me back to Texas. Big things ahead—stay tuned, y’all!
