🤯 It can be quite overwhelming with the amount of information out there.
  
So start with these steps….  
  
🚶‍♂️Walk more during the day, shoot for 30 min.   
  
🍛 Focus on eating full and complete meals and less snacking throughout the day.  
  
🍗 🥬 Shoot for most of your meals to have some veggies + protein, which will certainly help in your course to eat better overall.  
  
💦 Don’t skimp on the water. My general recommendation is half your bodyweight in ounces of water, but honestly just start out by being more aware of how much you drink.  
  
😴 I know this one is tough for so many people, but shoot for 7-8 hours of sleep. You might not get it, but if the opportunity is there on some days, take it!   
   
🧠 Get your mind right….This is a shift in your daily habits, this is not a race. Be patient, accept mistakes, learn about your body and shoot for long term sustainable changes.
