We are thrilled to have Dr. Joss join our team! With a background in reiki and energy work, and a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science, Joss brings a unique approach to wellness.

“After receiving acupuncture and looking deeper into its philosophy, I found that the medicine described the relationship between elements of nature and our bodies in such a beautiful and intricate way. In the afternoon, transition seamlessly into Tai Chi Form into Push Hands, where you’ll delve deeper into the art of rooting, yielding, and redirecting energy. Explore the movements and subtle power of Tai Chi as you practice both matching sets and dynamic push hands with a partner. Taught by push hands gold medalist Ilona Bito! 💫
