Even though winter is approaching, we can still experience new growth.

So, after a very long hibernation and a lot of self-reflection, I have decided to reopen healme.nyc.

Offerings are available virtually and from a small home studio space with a private entrance.

While we may have lost what we once had (a large studio, lots of offerings, doga...), I have faith that outcomes serve our highest good, that we are stronger, and that the future is brighter for it.

Thank you so much for supporting me in this very long journey. May you be blessed with all of the joy and abundance you deserve ❤ See you soon ❤

Paula is a beacon of light, love, and laughter no matter where so goes and no matter what the circumstances are around her.

Selfless, compassionate, and driven to make every moment better than the last, Paula constantly brings hope and joy to our community.

She currently serves our community as a yoga instructor and Level 1 Reiki practitioner, and she is pursuing even more training to be able to offer more to the community she loves.

I want to thank every single person who donated to the PPE for NYC's Unsung Heroes fundraiser.

I know that $10 is a huge ask for many of us right now, which makes it even more meaningful to see how we've come together to support those in need.

Because of your generosity, support, and sacrifice, Veterans Rebuilding life was able to purchase and donate over 1,000 reusable medical grade face shields to essential workers, EMS, FDNY, NYPD, MTA, nurses, and doctors in our city.

That is 1,000 people who have to worry just a little less as they continue to serve. 1,000 hearts that were touched.

You did that! We did it together. I love you all so very much.

Hey There,

I hope you're staying safe during this crisis. I know times are tough on so many of us... but, I'm reaching out to our community because nurses and first responders in NYC need our help.

Right now, many are using trash bags and week old masks to protect themselves in the face of the crisis. The nonprofit we support is trying to purchase reusable medical face shields to donate directly to essential workers to help keep them safe. Each shield only costs $10.
