A message from Samantha Cintron, Founder of Nurture U Wellness. We are super excited to host Seaside Circle’s first fundraising event. This is the type of organization, we as a community, a nation and the world could use more of. A group that is committed to helping, supporting, doing more & being better. A space for creating environments where everyone can feel safe and be true to their voice. Our country, our world is changing rapidly and sometimes not for the better. Nurture U Wellness has been providing therapeutic massage services in The Rockaway Community for over 18 years. Our goal was to have a wellness space that incorporated a variety of healing services that would benefit our clients and thankfully, we have done just that. Now, we are looking to expand our list of services in order to provide more options for our loyal clients and the community. If you are a licensed wellness provider looking for a space to share your services, NUW has the place for you. Our studio currently offers massage therapy, acupuncture and mental health services. We're continuing our spotlights on various massage modalities. Have you ever had a deep tissue massage?

It's often called a misnomer because despite its name, deep tissue does not imply that there will be any extreme pressure or pain associated. However, the therapist may use their elbows, forearms, fingertips and muscles to further access the deeper layers of your muscle tissues.
