When there's so much going on in the world and so little we actually can control, it helps big time to focus on 1️⃣ moment at a time.
Anxiety 😨 wants us to worry about the next day, hour, minute, moment ⏳. It tells us we have to be concerned about the future. And the truth is, sometimes that voice is important to listen to.
But if we did everything we could and there's nothing left for us to do to impact the future, the best thing we can do is be here right now, in this moment.
Because in this moment, we are alive and safe and okay.
Because this moment is a gift.
