The front four porcelain veneers which were recently done elsewhere unsuccessfully replaced anew along with composite bondings on the two teeth on both sides to complement a new pretty smile. Not at all times do we have to use the same materials to get a smile to look uniform, but as long as one restores in even numbers and as many as indicated for each individual case, a successful overall outcome is achieved. Issues with being ultra-conservative, cost consciousness and personal choice are common reasons that dictate this decision.

May we all be as fulfilled in our professions as I feel in restoring smiles. So enjoy every step in the process, all for the betterment toward health and happiness. Most significant for both the patient and practitioner to feel comfortable and at ease, using all in our armamentarium (LOVE THE OPTRAGATE/BITE BLOCK combo with BIOCLEAR matrices) to enable for a smooth predictable flow.

Many variables at play here. From extreme diastemma with the centrals to minuscule lateral space closure, gum inflammation control and extreme tooth breakage. After a whitening, close attention to proper shade selection is pivotal, using 8 unique composites to layer the build up to its final state.

An aesthetically driven approach alongside functional principles in mind produces a natural beautiful new smile!!
