We recently visited a cacao farm in Santo Domingo, where CCN-51 is harvested, one of Ecuador’s many cacao varieties.🌳

Beyond the landscape, we had the opportunity to speak with one of the people behind the harvest, learning why Ecuadorian cacao is so deeply respected around the world. We’re truly grateful for the time, knowledge, and generosity shared with us.
