Incredible night at the official opening of Tempo in Kingston! Tom Krueger did such an incredible job as did the whole team of friends and colleagues. Such a beautiful outpouring of community. And the music was simply divine. I’ve been a huge fan of the Swedish group Väsen for years so it was such a wonderful treat to hear this incredible music live! The opening band, The Fretless, also playing here, was wonderful! Congratulations Tom and the whole Tempo team!!

Dear ones! Jessica Caplan and I are offering our 3rd annual Sound School Retreat this March in Mazunte in the Oaxacan coast at El Triangulo and we would love to see you there! It’s a profoundly beautiful and special place for a deep dive into sound work with lots of time for play and relaxation too. Our nervous systems are taxed and if you’re a healthcare professional, you are probably holding a lot for your clients these days.
