With over 14 years of professional experience in dance and fitness, Christina Wallis launched LIVING-DANCE in 2017 to help women fall in love with their bodies. Her mission is to create a community of people who operate from a place of self-confidence and freedom in both their body and life, inside and outside the studio. The LIVING-DANCE program Christina created is anchored in dance fitness, but

it gives you the tools you need to feel happy, break bad habits and implement lifelong and life-changing healthy eating and consistent workout habits. LIVING-DANCE sculpts lean muscles, improves cardiovascular fitness and helps you feel a total body burn that lifts your mind and spirit. Christina specializes in fitness, weight loss, nutrition and habit-changing behaviors. In addition to dance fitness, she helps inspire others with her artistic choreography and live dance theatre performances.

Living-Dance empowers women and dancers in their bodies and lives through dance.
