I have been practicing massage therapy since 2001, after attending the Onondaga School Of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. As a medical massage therapist I specialize in Injury Rehabilitation, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release, Deep Tissue Massage and Pre/Post Natal Massage. I am also currently practicing Orthobionomy- a gentle, non-invasive, osteopathic form of body therapy, highly effective in eliminating chronic stress, injuries and pains or problems associated with postural and structural imbalances. I combine all of my knowledge and experience to create a session and treatment plan that is best suited for your body’s condition, whether you are a professional athlete, an office worker, or anything in between. I am a mother of two, avid reader and crossfitter. I will travel to you in Manhattan, Queens,
Bronx, and parts of Brooklyn.
