Never. Touch. The. Floor.
No matter how often they're cleaned, locker room floors are a playground for fungus and warts. Keep your slides on until you are fully dry! And if you already picked something up, call us. Early action makes all the difference: https://tinyurl.com/yk7df4kx

Take a look in the mirror real quick. Do your knees "squint" inward when you squat?
It's probably a foot problem.
When your arch collapses (overpronation), it twists your shin bone inward, grinding the kneecap out of alignment.

Sitting for 3 back-to-back Zoom calls? Your ankles are swelling.
Gravity pulls fluid down, and without muscle movement, it stays there.

You've bought the expensive mattress. You stretch every morning. But that dull ache in your lower back or knees just won't quit.
Look down. 👇
Your feet are the foundation of your body's "house."
If your foundation is unstable (like the foot rolling inward, or Overpronation), it causes a ripple effect:
The ankle rolls in.
The knee twists to compensate (Runner's Knee).
The hip tilts forward.
The lower back strains to keep you upright.
The "Insole" Trap:
Store-bought inserts only provide cushion. They can't fix a structural alignment issue.
