Dumbbells and kettlebells are helpful to unlock a world of squat variations. 💪 Change up your routine by holding the weights at your chest for a front racked squat, or at your sides for a suitcase squat. You can also play with the tempo – try slowing down the movement for an extra burn, or speeding up to make it reactive. You can also change the complexity of the movement by incorporating a clean.
