Gait analysis day with as he builds toward a sub-2:50 Tokyo Marathon! Looked at his mechanics, dialed in a few key adjustments, and gave him some tools to take with him to Tokyo. Best of luck! 🍀🏁

Even though it may look like Aaron is getting faster in these clips, what you’re seeing is a change in cadence. A small cadence tweak can mean:

✔️ Less stress on knees and shins
✔️ Smoother, more efficient running
✔️ Lower injury risk

The perfect cadence is different for everyone depending on their height and speed. It’s one of the things we measure in our gait analysis so you don’t have to guess!
