I believe every dysfunction, every disorder, and every pain was somehow born to cope with life and protect the best parts of us. to provide acceptance, support, and a safe place to unravel. Counseling is an invitation to come and be; to take an honest look at yourself for who and what you really are; to realize your issues make sense; and to have compassion for all parts of you so you can heal and move on.

Every Wednesday, until the end of September, I will be hosting a free breathwork session. It’s a bottom-up approach to your mind and inner work.

Yesterday's message was all about LETTING GO. Here are a few things I want to share with you.

🌬️ The body doesn't lie. Our bodies become dumping grounds for the things our minds can’t/don’t wanna process in that moment, and it shows up in physical ailments and tension in the body. LET IT GO. Without shame or guilt.

🌬️ When you 💩 you just let that sh* go and flush. You don't examine it and try to figure it out, wondering if it was breakfast or lunch.. You wipe and flush. Yas. LET IT GO. Without shame or guilt.

🌬️ Take a moment and just lay down. Surrender to gravity and give yourself to the floor. Gravity has never failed you. You don’t have to be in control of every single thing on your life. LET IT GO. Without shame or guilt.
