I loved the design when I first saw them but not having pierced ears, I often cannot wear earrings that I love so I end up purchasing for family and friends.

I give honor and much respect to Nikki Giovanni, .nikki legendary poet, writer, activist, and teacher.

For many years I had her poem, Ego Trippin, handing on my walk in a frame to remind me of where I come from and “whose” I come from. There was a time when I struggled with confidence in myself and my abilities, especially after a breakups and heartbreaks, this poem reminded me to be great and that I was already great!

I had the pleasure of meeting her in Harlem many years ago. To hear her read the poem, brought more life to it than ever before. I have been a fan for many years and her poems and writings are passionate and powerful!

Thank you for leaving us with an impactful legacy!❤️❤️❤️. May you rest peacefully and your work live on forever!
