After 30 years of doing this…I still get excited for this moment. There is something sacred about handing someone the mirror.

Yes — sometimes it truly feels like the Lord’s work. Helping women and men feel confident, radiant, and seen in a world that can feel heavy and harsh… that matters.

The smile when you see your skin (yourself) differently. That confidence returning.

This isn’t the “waxy” glass skin trend.
This is living skin. Healthy skin.Hydrated. Oxygenated. Circulation. Blood flow.

She had just returned from Japan — and I experienced the same thing after my travels there. Such a beautiful place… and yet travel can quietly challenge the skin.

High sodium in the food. Dehydration.Airplane air.Jet lag.
It shows up quickly:
congestion around the mouth,blackheads along the jawline,subtle inflammation,texture that wasn’t there before. Nothing dramatic, but Just small distractions.

Today we did plasma rejuvenation with a focus on circulation, detox support, and barrier repair. She already has beautiful skin. We simply enhanced what was there.

And here’s what truly makes the difference:

This year stretched me in ways most people will never see.

It was both meaningful and demanding — a quiet year of doing what I said I would do.

Writing the book — returning to years of writings, notes, poetry, and planning, and shaping them into a whole collection.
 Holding it in my hands. Rebuilding my brand. Creating a new serum formulation that began in late 2023.
 Launching a new website and E-skin shoppe.

Continuing to guide my clients through their own personal transformations.

No rush. No shortcuts. Just steady devotion to the work.

2025 asked for focus, patience, and trust. I met it the best I could.

Grateful for what’s been built — and what’s still becoming.

For over three decades, many of you have known me through my hands — through touch, care, and the way I’ve supported your skin, body, and wellbeing.

I was born on the Lion’s Gate, 08/08/08, a day that has always felt auspicious and filled with promise. There’s a sense of wonderment, hopefulness, and new curiosity brewing within me. Every age and season of my life is a stroll through time and each one has felt like a different lifetime, a new chapter filled with its own unique experiences and lessons. Now, in my mid-fifties, I want to share this truth:

Mid-summer is about the time we start seeing duller skin, rashes, inflammation, sluggishness and more. Between travel, disrupted routines and hormonal shifts it’s the perfect time to pause, reconnect, and ground ourselves in the season’s inherent wisdom. It’s easy to observe people rushing through their days, missing the profound connection that summer offers. Instead of feeling restored your left depleted.
