*New Support Group*

Postpartum Support Group For Women:

Give and receive support from other mothers navigating the shared experience of the postpartum period. This group will be an opportunity to foster a community of peers through creating a safe, empathetic, nonjudgmental space for women to come together to process and explore the changes, challenges, and rewards that come with motherhood from the comfort of your own home. The group will be an open and ongoing group that will meet weekly for 60-minute sessions.

Group will meet on Tuesday afternoons, $40/session, 60-minutes

We are excited to announce that we are adding a Gay Mens Support Group to our practice!

Please reach-out for a weekly psychotherapy and support group for gay men/male identifying people. This group is a safe, supportive, validating, and social justice-oriented space to process trauma, discuss struggles, overcome challenges, and celebrate progress.

This 60-minute group will meet weekly on Mondays, 5:30pm est or Fridays, 3:30pm est based on group member interest/availability.

Group rates are on a sliding scale from $40-$60 per session.

Take what you need in that moment…you are important.

Start by spending quality time with yourself by doing activities you enjoy, maybe this looks like picking up your favorite book before bed 📘or going on a walk after work 🚶
