"I'm pleased to share that I hit my target in the morning weigh-in. 118 days ago, I started at 112.5 kgs with a goal of 90 kgs in mind—admittedly, with some scepticism. Today, I weigh 89.7 kgs, shedding 22.8 kgs and achieving a weight I haven't seen in over 15 years! Feeling better, looking better, and having more energy, a 5k walk is now effortless compared to before. I've signed up for another 3 months and doubled down on aiming for 85 kgs. Trust the science, make good choices!"

With a history of heart disease ❤️ in his family, Eric always worried his fate had been set. However, he understood that his weight would be the deciding factor.

Eric lost his father when he was quite young. As he passed his 51st birthday, this came to the forefront of his mind. Keen to avoid the same fate, he signed up with Limbo.

This is an incredible result for Ciaran. Limbo can't claim all the glory. Most of this is down to Ciaran's hard work and dedication; we have just been his food conscience, guiding him through his daily consumption.

We even know he had a few 🍺 beers and the odd 🍕 pizza on his way to losing those pounds. ⚖️
