$800 for 15 minutes of care using in-network services!
If this sounds familiar, it shouldn’t, but unfortunately, we sometimes have no idea how much a procedure might cost us.
Sure, you could do research before seeing a provider, but you have no idea how much will actually be billed after your visit; leaving you (along with myself recently) left with bills that make World Cup tickets seem affordable!
🤯I’m no different from you. I try to spend money wisely. Though many have chosen to work with me for physical therapy, others decide to see a provider at a larger practice, which is understandable. I just can’t tell you how many times those people end up getting billed more than what I (and other cash-based providers) charge UPFRONT for less than half of the time I provide.
Keep this in mind next time you’re weighing your treatment options 👍🏼.
Do you go cash based for any healthcare services?
