What you put on your skin matters, but what’s happening inside your body often matters more. Inflammation, hormone shifts, cellular energy, and nutrient status all influence how your skin repairs, hydrates, and ages over time. Supporting those internal systems can improve resilience, texture, and glow in a way no single topical ever could.

When internal support is paired with good skincare, sun protection, sleep, and a balanced diet, that’s when skin truly starts to reflect long-term health, not just short-term fixes.

Supplements for better skin:
1. Magnesium Glycinate
2.Urolithin A
3. Vitamin D+K
4. Genistein
5. Creatine

When lips start to look heavy or pushed forward, it can be from “too much filler,” or from filler misplacement.

Natural looking results requires respecting lip anatomy, creating lip volume that is in balance with your face, and understanding that the area around the lips also needs to be treated to help the lips look fuller and more beautiful.

Good lip work is subtle and intentional, and sometimes the most responsible step is knowing when to reverse and reset rather than add more.

More and more women are asking for long-term solutions. This means natural-looking results, advanced skin tech, and treatments that go deeper than the surface.

I love how interested and intentional my patients and followers are!

There’s a lot of noise about skincare and aesthetics out there, especially on social media. The goal is to do what works for YOU based on science. Let me know if you have any questions!

If your skin suddenly flares up with breakouts, dryness, or shedding, but you haven’t changed your routine, the culprit might be the season itself.

Shifts in temperature, humidity, light, and even sleep and stress patterns can disrupt your skin’s equilibrium. This is when I remind patients: your routine should evolve with your environment.

I’m grateful for every step that’s led me here, it shaped how I practice and how I mentor.

Today, I staff my clinic with pre-med and pre-PA students to give them hands-on experience and real mentorship. It’s one small way I can help others grow the way I did. ❤️

If your skin’s looking dull in menopause, exfoliation might be the missing step. Estrogen decline slows cell turnover, so dead skin cells pile up, leaving skin rough and flat.

But don’t overdo it. Over-exfoliating can break down your skin barrier and make dryness even worse. Use a physical scrub to exfoliate once a week or so, and then use products that gently exfoliate over time, and that help with gentle skin cell turnover on a daily basis to keep your skin looking radiant and smooth.

Recommended routine:
- Doris Day MD Skincare Retinol Level 3
- La Roche Posay Vitamin C12
- Good Molecules 5% Niacinamide Serum with Ectoin
- Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer

I love playing around with different lip combos! I’ve been reaching for Neutrogena’s Moisture Smooth Lip Color #150 and Hydro Boost Lip Oil a ton and love the look and feel of them!

Soap and water alone aren’t enough to fully remove sunscreen, makeup, oil, and pollution. A gentle washcloth gives you that extra bit of friction your skin actually needs without overdoing it.

One of the parts of dermatology I love most is getting to test and evaluate new products before they ever hit shelves.

I consult with brands, look at data, and personally assess formulas to make sure they do what they say. Most people don’t realize how many doctors are involved behind the scenes to make skincare safer and more effective.

Let me know if you have any questions about this, I’m happy to share more!
