Put that good old alive al and vinegar sitting on the counter to good use, far crying out loud It's not there for decoration. Many salad dressings contain added sugar and numerous inflammatory cils Ike canola and soybean oil Steer clear.
Swap out sugar for cinnamon - your heart wil thank you it's a natural anti-intlammatory and actually stabilizes blood sugar!!! Cinnamon is my FAVE. It's so sweet without the sugar. I tell all clents to use cinnamon in colfee instead of flavored miks and sugar, and guess what? It works!
