At RMA of New York, innovation isn’t just a value — it’s a responsibility. We stay at the forefront of new technologies, and Dr. Copperman leads our team in thoughtfully evaluating every emerging advancement to ensure it truly supports our patients’ goals.

As highlighted in a recent article, not all IVF tests and treatments have the same level of evidence behind them. That’s why we take a careful, patient-first approach, integrating only what’s proven to make a meaningful difference.

With the holidays coming up, staying healthy is key — especially if you’re expecting or trying to conceive.

For National Influenza Week, we’re highlighting why the shot matters.

Did you know? Getting the flu during pregnancy can increase the risk of pneumonia and other complications for you and your baby. The flu is a safe, effective way to help protect both of you — and it’s recommended even if you’re planning a pregnancy.

The Westside office is very well run. I always received phone calls and instructions in a timely manner. The morning monitoring sessions are busy, but that’s to be expected. The nurses are excellent and treat every patient with kindness. We had a few.." says K. on Google

The holidays are all about good food and good company — and with a little balance, they can support your wellness too. While higher sugar intake can influence insulin resistance and, in turn, fertility, a few simple habits go a long way.

Remember to nourish consistently (don’t skip meals!), keep your body moving, stay hydrated, and add in seasonal, fertility-supportive favorites like sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and chestnuts.

When I finally felt ready, we reached out to RMA of NY (thank you, Nurse Danielle Giordano!), and I met Dr. Rachel Ge**er. From the moment I sat with her, I knew she was my doctor.
