📣 November Stretch of the Month: Ulnar Nerve Flossing.
Got tingling, numbness, or that “zappy” feeling down your arm, hand, or fingers?
Ulnar nerve flossing is a gentle mobility exercise that helps glide the nerve through its pathway — reducing stiffness, improving flexibility, and supporting healthy range of motion in the elbow, wrist, and hand.
Here’s how to try it:
1️⃣ Extend your arm out to the side, palm facing up and forward
2️⃣ Bend your elbow and bring your palm toward your face (as if saying “hello!”)
3️⃣ Slowly rotate your wrist so your palm faces out
4️⃣ Bring your hand down toward your shoulder
5️⃣ Return to the starting position and repeat
✨ Move slowly and gently — this should never be painful.
✨ Great for anyone who spends long hours typing, texting, or at the computer.
✨ Try 10 slow reps on each side.
