For those who find Father’s Day hard — we see you.

Whether you’re grieving a father, missing one you never had, or navigating a strained relationship… today might feel heavy.

You’re not alone.

This Father’s Day, we honor all kinds of stories — the joyful, the painful, the complicated, and the quiet.

However this day meets you, we’re sending care, softness, and space to feel whatever is true for you.

“TTC, IVF, TWW, ART, BBT, HCG, IUI…”
If you know, you really know.
Fertility treatments come with their own language — and stepping into this world can feel like learning a whole new dialect overnight. It’s overwhelming, confusing, and isolating at times… but you’re not alone. Whether you're just beginning or deep in the journey, there’s a whole community here that speaks your language.

Just a small look behind the scenes. One of my special interests is stationary - especially with planners and journals. My daily work routine includes getting out my planner, mapping out my schedule, reviewing the previous day's incomplete tasks, and figuring out what I want to do that day. It's not a foolproof system but it works with my brain and helps me shift into work mode.
I would love to hear from you! What are your current special interests? Do you have a certain planner/journal system you like most?

Last week I attended an eye-opening training about understanding, diagnosing, and treating OCD. I love learning about mental health and I am so grateful for virtual continuing education opportunities.

The session was packed with valuable insights, but here are three takeaways that stood out:
1️⃣ OCD is often misdiagnosed, which can delay appropriate treatment.
2️⃣ There are many subtypes beyond the common stereotypes — like contamination, scrupulosity, checking, perinatal/postpartum, and more.
3️⃣ ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and I-CBT (Inference-Based CBT) are the gold standard treatments for OCD.

I wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes look at how I balance being a business owner, therapist, and human being in—well, these wild times.

For a long time, I kept trying productivity methods that just didn’t stick. I’d either get swept up in daily tasks and lose sight of the bigger picture, or spiral into guilt for not doing “enough” (shoutout to hustle culture).

About six months ago, I started using the HB90 planning method, and it’s honestly been a game changer. Learning the difference between goals, projects, and tasks really shifted how I approach my time and energy.

Now that we’re in Q2, I’m using the planner digitally through Canva and GoodNotes. My three main goals focus on the areas I want to nurture this quarter: 1) business, 2) health, and 3) strengthening connections. (the actual goals are way more detailed than that.) I really like that I can decorate the cover with glittery digital stickers ✨

What planning tools or methods have actually worked for you? I’d love to hear what’s helped you stay on track. What kinds of planning tools and processes do you use to work towards your goals? I would love to hear more!

In a world full of unknowns, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But remember—everything is unfolding as it should. Trust the process, breathe deeply, and know that you are strong enough to navigate whatever comes your way.

Even when things feel uncertain, you are growing, evolving, and learning exactly what you need to. Keep going—you've got this.

Double tap ❤️ if this resonates, and share in the comments how you’re finding peace in uncertain times.
