Girls trip plus Avocado the male rescue Chihuahua…

This one has been one for the books.

We laughed, we cried, we shopped, we surfed, we rode bicycles down the beach during low tide, we navigated challenging family dynamics, we celebrated Uma’s 20th with a surprise visit from my exhusband and son, we explored relocation and schools, we watched really bad chick flicks, we ate way too much ice cream and drank too much wine and we all fell in love with Folly Beach, South Carolina.

To be continued … I just might stay. ☀️🌴🌊🏄‍♀️

No better form of therapy for me than . Outside. Barefoot. In nature. At one of my most favorite happy places in the world.

And God knows I need it right now.

There has been a lot of heaviness in the world (when is there not it seems) as well as lot of personal stuff going on in my world, big transitions, a lot of chaos, and a lot of unknowns as I navigate the best way to move forward.

So beyond grateful for and what he has created - a safe beautiful space to move and breathe and get really freaking strong and connect to the ocean and the earth, the sun and the sky.

When in doubt my loves- MOVE your body. Your heart, your mind, your nervous system, your lungs, your muscles, will all thank you. 🙏❤️
