Happy 2023! As our holiday decorations and lights are being stored away, and routine is being established again, just take a moment to breath. We might think with excitement (or not) about this new chapter in our lives, and our goals for this year, but honestly, being the healthiest you can be at any time should always be a priority. People often ask me: "is this healthy?" regarding this food or another. "Healthy for whom?" I always reply. There's no one food that is absolutely healthy for everyone. We all have our unique footprint. We might be of different gender, stage in life, lifestyle, activity level, health challenges, life challenges, schedules, stress level and more.
