Keep health in mind as you barbeque!
Barbeques are enjoyable in the summer months. Keeping a few tips in mind will allow it to be healthful. Watch the proteins, ensure they are completely cooked and don't leave them out of the refrigerator for too long. Use lean protein such as chicken and turkey in place of beef. Choose whole grain buns instead of white buns. Prepare some dishes that include fruit and vegetables. Indulge with dessert in moderation. Remember you want to enjoy the food. Eating in excess will prevent you from the enjoyment.
