Founded in May, 2017 by Joy Chen, Benjamin Klein & Phil Schiefer, Cosmic Fit Club is the premier movement studio which specializes in teaching fitness and acrobatic arts located in the heart of Long Island City, Queens by Court Square. Offering small group classes, personal training and special events, the studio prides itself on building creative community and bringing childhood play back into people’s lives. Cosmic Fit Club hosts classes for all ages and ability levels in a wide range of physical disciplines including acroyoga, yoga, gymnastics, acrobatics, handstands, core conditioning, strength training, calisthenics, tai chi, thai massage and more! It also offers children and youth programming as well as a summer circus arts program.
