My NYC Health Practitioner Guide is here- this is truly a special list- these are people that Iāve seen either for many many years or have gone to multiple times and I would highly recommend to any one! āØ
Read below for all the deats and save and send to your friends! š (most located around the midtown area of the city)
ā¢Dr. Alicia Armitstead of .arts.nyc -through muscle response testing, she healed me from a nasty gut parasite and since then has been able to help me get to the root cause of any ailments including emotional issues, (her practice also has a salt booth, ozone sauna, reiki practitioners, etc)
ā¢Daphne of is my go-to for a classic lymphatic drainage massage (been seeing her for over 6 years now). She is from France originally and her appointments are usually 2+ hours (time does not exist when you enter, so plan ahead). She massages the lymphatic system the traditional way- think long strokes, not harsh deep tissue work. I always feel so detoxified after.
ā¢Dr. Jan (chiropractor) of Body In Balance (canāt tag them)- I was introduced to this practice by who does Reiki Sessions there and deserves an honorable mention- go see her! True to a holistic way of practicing, Dr. Jan believes in fixing what is wrong with your body vs just slapping on a band aid with constant adjustments.
ā¢Mariko at -I used to see Rimma exclusively at MPower for years, and since she left the practice, I now see and recommend Mariko for acupuncture and massage. Her hands are magic!
ā¢Dr. Thalia of for my facial acupuncture and micro-needling needs. She keeps me young! I opt for this over botox, so effective.
