🌟 Welcome to the Team, Shelby Snodgrass! 🌟

We’re thrilled to welcome Shelby Snodgrass, M.A., BCBA, as our new ABA Staff Trainer here at MBC! 🎉

Shelby earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in April 2025. She completed her clinical supervision at the Marcus Autism Center in Atlanta, Georgia, where she gained extensive experience providing evidence-based ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD, as well as offering structured, in-depth training to new behavior therapists.

Shelby’s professional interests include naturalistic developmental behavior interventions (NDBI) and teaching skill acquisition of different verbal operants using AAC devices. 💬✨

We’re so excited for Shelby to bring her passion, expertise, and energy to our team. Welcome to MBC, Shelby — we’re lucky to have you! 💙

🌟 Welcome to the Team, Hyeonin Yang! 🌟

We’re thrilled to welcome Hyeonin Yang as the newest ABA Therapist at Manhattan Behavioral Center this November!

Hyeonin brings over three years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum in both home-based and private school ABA settings. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at SUNY Empire State University and is on the path to becoming a BCBA.

Hyeonin’s passion for this work is deeply personal, as she has a family member on the autism spectrum. She describes her career in ABA as not just a profession, but a lifelong commitment and personal mission.

We’re so excited to have her passion, dedication, and positive energy join the MBC community. Welcome aboard, Hyeonin — we’re lucky to have you! 💙
