🌟 We're Hiring: ABA Therapist (In Pursuit of BCBA Certification) 🌟 MBC is looking for a Full-Time ABA Therapist to join our team in Manhattan, NY. If you're passionate about working with children and gaining experience toward your BCBA certification, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will implement ABA-based programs using techniques like DTT, Task Analysis, and NET, while collecting behavior data and using research-based interventions to reduce interfering behaviors. You'll collaborate with a team of BCBAs and therapists, engage in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) as needed, and prepare teaching materials for sessions. Flexibility is key, as you may float across teams to assist in different areas. The position requires experience working with children with Autism or PDD using the ABA model.
