All of life can be a prayer
When meditation becomes a lifestyle


" We may begin a practice like meditation, for example. We do it once or twice a day. After a while we will realize that the experience of meditation stays 24/7. Discipline becomes a lifestyle. The way of seeing and thinking completely changes and it becomes your life. For me, meditation is not something I sit to do. I see the world from the perspective of being centered in my being. It is not something I sit down to practice. It is my way of living. The same principles of meditation that I have to put into practice when I am sitting; I do it in my every activity. That's a tremenduous joy. It is also similarly with praying.
Some people pray once a day, once a week or one time for the year. As a young man I thought that was the norm, until I realized that all of life can be a prayer. It was amazing in discovering that all of life can become a meditation.
Discipline can eventually become a lifestyle, when you don't notice anymore that you are doing someting.
Amazing isn't it, that what you could be working hard at, eventually becomes very natural to you. It allows you to bring our best performance in every moment. To me that is what living fully in the human experience is all about. I want to think about this.
DISCIPLINE is an extremely important aspect of learning, growing and performing at your best or serving at your best."
