Importance of Prenatal Vitamins

Prenatal vitamins fill nutritional gaps, with folic acid preventing birth defects, iron supporting blood production, and calcium building baby's bones. Take them daily as recommended by your doctor for a healthier pregnancy journey. Which ones do you use?

10 Signs of Premenopause.

1.Irregular periods – Your cycle might get shorter, longer, heavier, lighter, or just randomly skip months. It’s like your uterus is winging it now.

2.Hot flashes – That sudden “I’m on fire” feeling, sometimes followed by chills. Can happen day or night and make you want to live in front of a fan.

3.Night sweats – Waking up drenched like you just ran a marathon in your sleep. Hello, ruined sheets.

4.Mood swings – One minute you’re fine, the next you’re crying over a toilet paper commercial or ready to fight someone over the thermostat.

5.Trouble sleeping – Even if you’re exhausted, falling asleep or staying asleep becomes a nightly battle.

6.Brain fog – Forgetting why you walked into a room, losing your keys (again), or struggling to find words. Yes, it’s a real thing.
7.Vaginal dryness or discomfort – Things might feel drier down there, and s*x can suddenly become less fun (or even uncomfortable).

8.Lower s*x drive – Sometimes you’re just… not in the mood. Like, ever. Hormones are rude.

9.Weight gain (especially around the middle) – Even if you haven’t changed your habits, your body decides to redecorate with extra belly fluff.

10Hair changes – Thinning on your head, or (fun bonus) random chin hairs that appear out of nowhere like uninvited guests.

If any of these sound familiar, it might be worth chatting with your doctor — they can help figure out if it’s perimenopause or something else. Or chat up here.🤍

10 THINGS PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD DO TO DELIVER NATURALLY.

1. Move your body every day
A daily walk, some gentle prenatal yoga, or just dancing around the living room to your favorite playlist keeps you strong and gives you stamina when the big day comes.

2.Get comfy with perineal massage
Starting around 34–35 weeks, spend 5–10 minutes a day gently massaging the area with a little oil. It sounds awkward at first, but tons of moms swear it helps avoid serious tearing.

3.Do your Kegels (but also learn to relax down there)
Squeeze like you’re stopping pee… then practice letting everything go loose. Being able to push and relax on command is pure gold in the delivery room.

4Practice labor positions now
Get on all fours, sway on a birth ball, try some deep squats. The more natural these feel before labor starts, the easier it is to move around and help your baby come down when it counts.

5.Take a good childbirth class
Knowing what’s actually happening (and that most of it is totally normal) cuts down the fear. Less fear = less tension = usually faster labor.

6.Eat 6–8 dates a day starting at 36 weeks
Seriously, science backs this one! They taste like candy and help your cervix get softer and more ready. Win-win.
Drink water like it’s your job and eat real food

7.Think protein, healthy fats, veggies, and good carbs. Your uterus is a giant muscle—it runs better when it’s well fueled and hydrated.

8.Practice breathing and chilling out
Whether it’s slow “birthday candle” breaths, hypnobirthing tracks, or just lying down imagining your happy place—anything that calms you now will calm you when contractions hit.

9.Line up someone who’s 100% in your corner
A doula, your partner who’s practiced with you, or even a close friend who won’t leave your side—having that steady support can shave hours off labor (studies say so!).

10.Do some squats and sit on a birth ball
Squats open your pelvis, and bouncing gently on the ball feels amazing on your back and helps baby get into the perfect position..
