Finally, after years of postponing, Stephan and I have launched our on-demand yoga videos. They range from 5 minutes to 60, and are super diverse. The Supported and Desk Break videos use a chair or desk for support! They, and the Restorative videos, should be accessible to almost everyone. Try them and let me know what you think! : )

This Mary Oliver poem fell into my lap today and I wanted to share it with you:
If you suddenly and unexpectedly feel joy, don’t hesitate.
Give in to it.
There are plenty of lives and whole towns destroyed or about to be.
We are not wise, and not very often kind.
And much can never be redeemed.
Still, life has some possibility left.
Perhaps this is its way of fighting back, that sometimes something happens better than all the riches or power in the world.
It could be anything, but very likely you notice it in the instant when love begins.
Anyway, that’s often the case.
Anyway, whatever it is, don’t be afraid of its plenty.
Joy is not made to be a crumb.

It would be wonderful to see friendly faces when I teach at Bryant Park on Tuesday, July 30, 10-11am. It's free, you just need to sign up ahead of time and bring your own mat (and water!). Enter from either 42nd or 40th Streets, behind the library. The one bathroom (very nice, with a long line) is at 42nd Street. We'll be practicing on stone, not grass. The closer to the stage, the more shaded. Excited to hug you! : )

Our summer yoga (and hiking) retreat is less than a month away!
