We therapists reserve the right to choose our clients and can end a session and issue a refund if necessary. In recent years, "narcissist" has become a buzzword in our culture. We often encounter these individuals in personal or professional spheres. Yet, let's not rush to label everyone. We all exhibit narcissistic traits during early development – excessive self-focus.
While some retain these traits, healthy growth entails evolving from self-centeredness to empathy. From toddler egocentrism to embracing others' viewpoints.
Dealing with narcissists can be draining. They create drama and chip away at self-esteem. 
Three strategies help navigate relationships:
* Gray Rocking: Respond with disinterest. Starve their attention-seeking. Minimize emotional engagement, diminishing drama.

* Emotional Aikido: Redirect their negativity. Visualize it harmlessly flowing away. Protect your emotional space.

* Strategic Communication: Set boundaries calmly. Address them when neutral, not heated. Facilitate productive conversations.

Ozempic has gained popularity as a drug to control hunger and promote weight loss. While many people, including celebrities, have benefitted from its effects in shedding pounds rapidly, recent studies indicate potential negative side effects, such as stomach paralysis. Therefore, whether one chooses Ozempic for hunger control or not, it's essential to consider alternative methods like radical awareness with hypnosis. By understanding that stomach contractions and acid release occur out of habit when feeling hungry, you  can learn to retrain your  response to hunger through hypnosis.

Next time you want to control hunger, follow these steps:
1. Feel it, acknowledge the stomach contractions asking for food. Feel it again but refrain from acting on it.

2. Know that it will pass in a few minutes; drink warm water to help the sensation subside.

3. Realize you are in control, having allowed it to pass. Enjoy the hunger-less sensation that follows, usually within 5 minutes. If you practice this routine for a few weeks, your stomach will gradually forget about food and cease excessive contractions and acid release at any given time.

Hypnosis for forgiveness has been a valuable tool in the practice of hypnotherapy for many years. Holding onto resentment and anger can lead to various physical and emotional issues, such as tension, pain, discomfort, anxiety, and overall negativity. These emotions can linger in the background and significantly impact one's well-being, creating a mental prison of sorts.
Forgiving someone who has hurt you or acted unfairly may seem challenging, but viewing the experience as a learning opportunity and recognizing the other person's flaws and humanity can help you begin to free yourself from the prison of resentment and bitterness.
Equally important is learning to forgive oneself for past mistakes and missteps. Acknowledging that you, too, didn't always know better in the past allows you to release the bitterness that may be holding you back.
Through the therapeutic practice of hypnosis, you can explore these emotions, understand their roots, and work towards letting go of negative feelings. By reframing your perspective on the experiences and embracing forgiveness, both towards others and yourself, you can move towards a healthier, more positive state of mind.
