Sunday dinner: roasted butternut squash wirh tarragon from the garden, roasted cauliflower wirh cumin and curry, fresh mozzarella with tomatoe and basil and grilled barbecued chicken. What a blessing to be able to eat this way.

Greek Giant Beans (Arosis) from A&S Greek store. Keep eating healthy, as you should always, but specially now. This is a traditional Greek recipe high in fiber, protein, and very inexpensive.
