WYC Immersion Program

January - May 2026

Dear Beloved Community,

We are thrilled to announce the return of The Immersion Program — a transformative journey into the heart of Yoga.

The program meets one weekend each month for five months, beginning January 23 - May 17, 2026.

For those who have already experienced this sacred journey, you know the profound impact it can have on our lives. You’ve felt the transmission of wisdom through the teachings and you’ve been embraced by the Sangha — a community that continues to nurture and support long after the program concludes.

The Immersion, open to all students, marks the beginning of a deeper understanding of the core of Yoga. Together, we’ll explore the foundational teachings, deepen our Hatha practice, and connect with the vast and timeless wisdom of the Yoga tradition.

Throughout the immersion, expect profound internal shifts as the ancient teachings awaken us and become integrated into our innermost core. These teachings have survived the millennia and are potent in their ability to transform our lives. Supported by the practices, the community and guidance from the teachers, the Immersion becomes an especially powerful path of inner transformation.

Special Note for Returning Students & Graduates:
If you have previously taken the Immersion or completed the World Yoga Center Teacher Training, please reach out to inquire about tuition discounts available for those of you who are returning students.

Immersion Dates: The Immersion will take place over 5 weekends, one weekend per month:

Last call! Join Jodi for our Reiki Circle
Saturday, Dec 6th, 1pm - 3:15pm
Register on our website

Reiki is the healing aspect of the supreme energy at the root of our very being, the potent beneficial force that flows through us all. Connecting to this energy through Reiki, as a practitioner and as a receiver, is a powerful tool for our own and others' healing.

Our Reiki Circle welcomes non-Reiki practitioners for the first hour. We will all be together for our opening meditation, and all will be able to offer names into the circle for healing. During this time, everyone will receive Reiki from Reiki practitioners. We will conclude with journaling and sharing.

The practice portion of our circle, 2-3:15, will be just for Reiki practitioners so that we may continue to practice our Reiki skills in community for the highest good of others.

Post-Celebration Gratitude
Celebrating the World Yoga Center and our Community!
November 22

This past Saturday, November 22nd, our community came together in person and online to celebrate the the WYC community.

We welcomed being in Satsang together, hearing from Rudrani and Julia about the potency inherent in our yoga, the unified awareness that we generate when we come together to engage in the practices. Then our Board of Directors, our teachers and our community members shared how they would describe the synergy we enjoy together as a community. We sailed into a truly beautiful chant, deep meditation, and celebrated Rudrani's 87th birthday with a delicious feast and Julia's homemade cake!
