On Thursday, October 22nd, MSK Ralph Lauren Center is hosting our first virtual program entitled “Understanding Breast Health and Screenings.” The program will run from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

Claudia Ortiz, DNP, WHNP-BC will be our keynote speaker and she will discuss the current breast cancer screening guidelines and what to expect during the clinical exam. In addition, Desiree Walker, will provide an up-close view of an Afro-Latino Caribbean woman’s journey from living life to being diagnosed with breast cancer and survivorship.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions. The program is open to all and feel free to share with others who might be interested.
