Caribbean American Medical & Scientific Association (camsa), Inc.

Caribbean American Medical & Scientific Association (camsa), Inc. The Caribbean American Medical & Scientific Association (CAMSA), Inc.

was formed in New York in 2002 by a group of doctors of Caribbean descent who wanted to improve health care for the Caribbean community both locally and in the Caribbean. Since its formation, CAMSA has evolved thanks to the countless members who have helped over the years to make it what it is today. The organization's membership is composed of both medical and non-medical professionals and reflects the rich diversity of the Caribbean Basin with members from the English, French, Spanish and Dutch Caribbean. CAMSA, working in collaboration with Caribbean governments, non-governmental organizations and other like-minded partners, has made a significant impact in the lives of Caribbean peoples through its medical missions, conferences, town hall meetings and radio segments.
