A big thank you to Maeva , an amazing hypnobirthing educator, for coming in to teach our team all about Baby Spinning!

What is Baby Spinning? Don’t worry—we’re not actually spinning babies! This class focused on gentle movements and positioning techniques that help babies settle into the best position for birth. These techniques can lead to a smoother, safer, and more comfortable labor for moms.

It was also such a great bonding experience for our providers! We’re always looking for ways to grow together as a team so we can continue to give our patients the best and safest care possible.
