My day on repeat! Feeling grateful to be here on day 9 of the . This is the day my liver has been waiting for 😂. Years of keto, drinking, medical treatments, toxins, and heavy metals can really build up. The 369 cleanse helps detox your organs and aid your body in healing. How was it for me? This one really gets me fired up. Why are some willing to understand the various ramifications of a current virus but resistant to understanding the long-term effects of other viruses or pathogens?

Millions of people suffer from debilitating symptoms and they are shuffled from practitioner to practitioner. Whats worse, they are repeatedly told symptoms are due to their thoughts or not occurring at all. Please believe victims when they share their story with you. 👇🏽

💡Chronic fatigue is not the same as being tired.
💡Migraine is not the same as headache. 💡Fibromyalgia is not the same as an aching back after a long day’s work.

🍋This crucial information needs a spot on my page. This guide right here literally saved me life. I’m not exaggerating. I was pregnant and experiencing 10/10 debilitating facial pain 24/7. I honestly questioned how I was going to make it. I was being prescribed so many medications and never once was diet mentioned as an effective intervention. 🍋Miraculously, came into my life and it was as if my symptoms were being properly explained for the first time. Drinking celery juice and eliminating these foods made life more bearable.

🪶Imagine things from the other’s perspective. What potential triggers are being activated?
🪶Validating someone’s feelings is like putting water on a flame. It is a great de-escalation strategy!
🪶So often the anger we feel is old. It comes from past relationships or painful parental templates. Be mindful of what you are projecting onto the relationship and try to see through fresh eyes.

A little moment but it means the world to me. I began EMDR training in 2018 and was certified by the Parnell Institute in 2019. My goal had always been to be approved by EMDRIA- the highest level of accreditation. Then, I became a mom :). I’m really proud to have continued my studies, supervision, and practice. Learning and helping my clients heal brings profound joy 🙏.
