Migraine vs. Tension Headache: What is the Difference?
Headaches are not all the same — and the right treatment depends on knowing the cause.
⚪️ Migraine
• Pain: throbbing, usually one-sided
• Extras: nausea, light/sound sensitivity
• Lasts: hours to days
⚪️ Tension Headache
• Pain: dull, tight “band” around the head
• Extras: neck tension, scalp tenderness
• Lasts: 30 minutes to a few hours
