They educate our Home Heath Aide staff and conduct frequent supervisonals to ensure that our clients are receiving the best care possible. From ordering groceries and coordinating transportation and doctors appointments, medication pours, advocacy at appointments and State Hearings, Estate Planning and Elder care consultation.
