Our Story
Freeda Health (formerly Freeda Vitamins) has been manufacturing high quality vitamins and nutritional supplements for over 91 years. Freeda takes pride in using only quality ingredients instead of cheaper, inferior ingredients. Sensitive individuals and people on special diets often rely on Freeda's products to help regain and maintain their health because they can use our products when they cannot tolerate others. Freeda Health services the nutritional needs of the community at large as well as the celiac community, vegetarians, kosher consumers, and diabetics.
Throughout our 91 years, people from all over have benefited greatly from our knowledgeable staff, first headed by Lilian Zimmerman, a pharmacist. Her son, Dr. Philip Zimmerman, our staff nutritionist for over 50 years, used his expertise to answer nutritional questions and help individualize the health regimen for thousands of people. Today, under the leadership of Eliyahu Zimmerman, our unique team comprised of nutritionist, clinical engineer, and nutritional advocate keep abreast of the latest in health news, trends, and ingredients to bring you formulas which are designed to help you in your goal for optimal health. Freeda's experienced staff is looked to by many to help them find the right products for their individual health needs.

The quality of our ingredients is one of many areas where we go the extra mile. We manufacture tablets, which have virtually no incidents of tampering.
