Both have equal power Just in a different way.
In chess the dynamic is the same. The "Queen" can do all sorts of things the "King" can not. The "King " can surrender the position ending the game "calling quits / forfit" if the game isn't going according to the plan.
The "Queen" can Not do that. But we can NOT FORGET both King & Queen can end the game differently- depending on the moves available.
The King & Queen work independently. But work together. The "Queen" surrenders the game too for the "King" controls the game There is no game if the KING is out.
