Hello, we are very excited to say that we have moved our Pilates studio to a new location! We are now at 168th street, near the A/C/1 subway station on Broadway.

We are loving the new space, as it is more open and airy. In addition, we added a new piece of equipment, which is totally awesome. It works the upper body and arms, plus is excellent for cardio!

Teaching a Pilates / Posture workshop for middle school kids at 'The Armory Track and Field' in Washington Heights!

Great energy! The kids were terrific, they asked many questions and were engaged. It was lots of fun sharing knowledge and information with them.

Putting good habits into practice at an early age. :-)

April 29 Posture Seminar for the Federal Credit Union. Always a satisfying experience helping people understand about healthy posture. My favorite part is when people laugh at my bad posture demonstrations! :-)

For those interested in traveling to Brazil for vacation, as the exchange rate is quite favorable, we highly recommend visiting Florianopolis. This island, located in the South of Brazil, has tons of breath taking beaches, as well as a bustling city center.

We stayed in a spacious AirBnB apartment ideally located between the lagoon and beach, 1 block away from an amazing healthy food cafe. The hostess Gilda R Melo couldn't be more helpful. We had a terrific experience, one that we are planning on repeating!
