With spring in full swing, I wanted to share some nutrition tips on how to “spring clean" your nutrition routine to feel great this season and beyond! Remember, small changes lead to big results.
#1: Start your day with vegetables – They’re light in calories and loaded with nutrients to help you feel great throughout the day. Consider adding a handful of spinach or baby kale to your next morning smoothie.
#2: Jazz up your water – Hydration is essential for optimal mental and physical performance. But, we get it - water can get boring. Flavor it naturally with options like lemon, cucumber and mint!
