With spring in full swing, I wanted to share some nutrition tips on how to “spring clean" your nutrition routine to feel great this season and beyond! Remember, small changes lead to big results.

#1: Start your day with vegetables – They’re light in calories and loaded with nutrients to help you feel great throughout the day. Consider adding a handful of spinach or baby kale to your next morning smoothie.

#2: Jazz up your water – Hydration is essential for optimal mental and physical performance. But, we get it - water can get boring. Flavor it naturally with options like lemon, cucumber and mint!

#3: Keep nutrient-dense snacks on hand – When hunger strikes, having nutritious snacks close by can help you feel fueled and satisfied. Our favorites include on-the-go organic nutrition and plant-based shakes.

#4: Eat more fiber! – Diets high in fiber support digestion and heart health. Plus, fiber-rich foods taste good. Win, win! Easy ways to do this include adding beans to a salad and opting for brown rice instead of white.
