If it’s crumbs, keep it. I’m gluten free from bare minimum behavior. If it’s confusion, it’s a no. I don’t do riddles, I do reciprocity.

Yes, I love hard. But I leave harder.

Baby… that’s not your man. That’s your lesson.

If you constantly tired, confused, doubting yourself, dimming your light, & arguing with a grown man about basic respect; that’s not your soulmate. That’s your blessing blocker.

Some of y’all are praying for elevation while laying next to your limitation. Asking God for overflow while cuddling with sabotage. Be serious.

The enemy will study you, learn you, flatter you… and then slowly try to drain you. And often times, he looks real fine doing it. That’s the trap. 😌

Stop building empires with men who are secretly competing with you. Stop loving people who resent your light.

You are not hard to love.�You just can’t bloom in a battlefield.

Decentering men does wonders for the spirit. Suddenly we’re hydrated, booked, busy, & sleeping like babies.

Because once you realize you don’t have to take every man seriously? Whew. Freedom.

A lot of us aren’t “mysteriously happy.” We’re happy because we finally realized self-preservation is sexier than struggle love.

We’re moisturized, unbothered, & minding our business. The real flex? Loving men from a distance while loving yourself up close.

Protect Your Pu$$y & Your Peace

Both are sacred. Both require discernment. Both will change your life if you stop giving access to people who haven’t earned it.

We are not out here collecting unnecessary soul ties like Pokémon cards. If there’s no alignment, no intention, no spiritual connection, no emotional safety… then why are we opening portals? Be serious.

S*x is an energy exchange. It’s spiritual. It’s mental. It’s emotional. And when you lay down with someone who’s confused, inconsistent, or spiritually off… now you’re entangled in chaos you didn’t even order.

We are not bonding with potential.�We are not sleeping with projects.�We are not trauma-connecting for fun.

If he’s not aligned with your standards, your softness, your future, & your peace; he can respectfully admire you from across the street.

Your body is sacred.�Your energy is powerful.�Your peace is non-negotiable.

Nothing loud. Nothing chaotic. Just intentional.

A healthy meal prepared with love. Kitchen cleaned. Laundry folded. Herbal tea steeping. & 90s R&B playing like it raised me (because it did).

I love the peace my routine brings me. The beauty I’ve cultivated inside these walls makes me feel safe…soft…& feminine.

My home is warm, it’s filled with light, and it’s filled with love; even when it’s a whole blizzard outside ❄️

There’s something powerful about creating the kind of life the women before me didn’t have access to. The ability to rest & prioritize myself is such a blessing.

That’s generational healing in real time.

I built this peace brick by brick. And I protect it accordingly. This life may look simple… but baby, it’s intentional. And it’s mine.

Listen… I can be tender without tolerating nonsense. I can be nurturing without neglecting myself. And I can smile real pretty while blocking a number.

This year? I’m resting in my feminine. I’m prioritizing my peace. I’m drinking my water & sipping my herbal tea unbothered.

Because being soft does NOT mean being slow. Sweet does NOT mean stupid. And feminine does NOT mean foolish.

You can be gentle & still have boundaries. You can be loving & still leave. You can glow & still say “no thank you” with a smile.

Because the goal isn’t to be hard. The goal is to be healed.

Romanticize your life like you’re the main character (because you are). Buy the flowers. Yes, the expensive ones. Put on that sexy dress & step OUTSIDE like the world is your runway.

Or if you’re feeling real “soft life, do not disturb,” slip into that lil lingerie set, pour a glass of wine, & toast to the fine woman in the mirror.

Love Day isn’t just for couples. It’s for standards. It’s for softness. It’s for doing all the things you desire & deserve without waiting on somebody’s son.

And don’t stress about “where’s he at?” When it’s aligned, the one who can match your vibe, your fly, & your frequency? He’ll find you already glowing.

Until then? Date yourself. Spoil yourself. Be in love with your own life. Period.

This run is PERSONAL.

We watched our mamas clock in, clock out, cook, clean, pray, stretch a dollar, & still show up to PTA with a smile. Sis was tired but NEVER tapped out. And a lot of them did it pouring from a cup that was bone dry.

But let me tell you something…

We are NOT romanticizing exhaustion anymore. We are not wearing burnout like it’s a badge of honor. We love our mothers. We honor our grandmothers. And because of that, we’re doing it different.

We’re resting without guilt.
We’re saying no without an explanation.
We’re booking the massage.
We’re logging off.
We’re protecting our peace like it’s generational wealth.

Because healing is inheritance too.

We are the daughters of women who survived.
And we are the women who will THRIVE.

So in honor of Big Mama, Mama, Auntie, and every woman in our bloodline who carried the world on her back…Baby, we’re putting it down.

We’re reclaiming our joy.
We’re choosing softness.
We’re building lives that don’t require recovery.
