Once you get your license it’s your job to protect it!
One thing I learned as a new grad is to do your OWN assessment, check your orders, make sure everything was done. This is regardless of what the nurse prior has mentioned to you. Unfortunately if something happens it will be your faul because it was on your shift.
Not saying this to be mean, but to share the reality. Any other tips? ⬇️
