Looking for a quick weeknight meal? This Easy Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients! 👩🍳🥦✨
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cooked rice for serving
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
4. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
5. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
